Introduction to Registration Page:

Hello, welcome to the photographers rear view mirror Pre Registration page. This is a new type of form designed to be very simple for you to complete. We have three (3) different forms designed to include various information determined by your type of registration (business registration or personal registration). There is a long form and a short form. The short form is for program registrations determined by us to require a minimal amount of information and the long form which is for Photo Viewing Registration and registration to enter our raffle to win a FREE copy of Winfield's book, "A Photographers Rearview Mirror - 50-years behind the camera".

This type of registration requires a short form registration. Please select if you are registering as a business or this is a personal registration.
